Anchor Leadership Workshop

The Cardinal Advisors, in partnership with the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, offers the Anchor Leadership Training program, focused on emerging professionals. Our goal is to help you build a leadership foundation based on who you are and how you show up in the world. You’ll learn to recognize and activate your unique leadership style, turning everyday moments into opportunities for influence, vision, and impact.
Details
- Two options: in-person immersive weekend or 6-week virtual experience
- In-person workshop will be held at Nashville Entrepreneurship Center on September 20-21, 2025. Sessions will run from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm each day.
- 6-week virtual experience will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 to 7 pm, beginning on September 16 and ending on October 23.
- Each experience will include eight learning modules. Through powerful conversations, reflections, and practical tools, you’ll uncover where leadership already lives in your life and how to expand it with intention.
- Pricing includes Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment, Emotional Intelligence 2.0 assessment and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Management Style assessment.

- The Anchor Leadership Program is a combination of Jeff’s experience leading Fortune 500 off-site leadership development programs and Sabrina’s experience teaching Leadership at the Nation’s #1 school of education.
